I started classes to improve my balance and wound up with so much more. I cannot believe that I move in ways that I had never imagined. This dojo has changed the way I walk-literally-I am very grateful to the teacher and other students for their support. This school is great at working together and takes the art seriously. If you are looking for a place to learn and have some laughs, this is a great school. I hesitated for years because I didn't know what I was getting into, now I regret waiting those years.
