Very modern curriculum. This isn't a traditional martial arts school.

This school is very well known for its reality bared training and knowledge of application. Very successful striking and grappling program. They also offer firearms training on an actual firing range, no other gym does that!
The Classes offered here are nothing like the taekwondo that I grew up on. They are not kata heavy, everything focuses on application. I learned more about fighting in one month here than 3 years of traditional taekwondo.
