A great place to learn self defense

I used to go to the school, and it really helped me with my school and self defense. It was fun, the teachers there are kind, and you wont believe how fast your stamina and endurance will grow if you go there! I highly advise you go to boulder karate if you looking for fun, self defense, and a way to lengthen your endurance, stamina, and muscles.
