A good place to get suckered

Bjj is good, but they advertise karate at one schools and Tkd at another. They just want to get you in the door for money. Very in genuine . I have since gone else where, and got laughed at when I told them were I had previous martial art experience. If their teachings were as good as the talk it takes to get the money out of your wallet, they might be worth something. Take your money else where.
