This is a brief overview of some of the classes offered at Borges Martial Arts. Please see your instructor directly if you have any questions or need clarification.
Tiny Tigers: A 45-minute, once/week class for preschool age children (ages 3-5) that combine karate and balance, power, speed, coordination, and focus skills.
Level 1: White, Yellow and Orange Belts (ages 5-9)
Level 2: Blue Belts and up (ages 5-12) & White, Yellow, and Orange Belts (ages 10-12)
Teen/Adults: Ages 13 and up all ranks
C.O.B.R.A.: Classes are scheduled throughout the year.
