I have trained on and off with Master Bonk for many years, He is always a student first. Training all over the East Coast and going to seminars and teaching at seminars. The way he teaches and explains the concepts and principles of Kosho Ryu Kempo is just amazing. Other Instructors at his Dojo are also really good teachers, Sensei Hakala, Sensei Clark, and Sempai Barry, Sempai Jerry are also great Teachers who help out. I highly recommend this Dojo. Kids and adults and family he has 5 full family's that train at his Dojo.

Sensei Sam is a great teacher she teaches most of the kids classes. Master Bonk teaches in such a way that it is always fun and he passes a ton of info each class. I enjoy watching the classes
I met Master bonk over 20 years ago and studied under and with him on and off for 15 years. He started me down a path, that I didn't realize, would last a lifetime.
A fantastic Sensei and great person.
I highly recommend.
