Instruction is top notch and personalized. Everyone advances at their own pace. Good workout, and a variety of techniques, striking, throwing, grappling, submissions, boxing, etc. Also, has ranked competitors
Our family has been there about 5 years.
It is pretty much a MMA Dojo, which is nice. ...judo, jujutsu, karate and boxing.
Some of everything is taught.
Instructors are excellent.
Prices quite reasonable.
Classes focus of strengthening and technique.
All ages fit in well (I'm perhaps the oldest).
