I received acupuncture there for back pain, and within the hour I began to feel relief.
The practitioner is totally focused on you, and very knowledgable.
I am so glad I went there. Usually my back takes days to heal, but by the afternoon I was able to move around and not stay flat on the bed.

The Tai Chi instruction is amazing. I am a beginner and I had a lot of fun. It is great exercise too.
