Sifu Griffith is an excellent teacher. He is very knowledgeable and his passion for the martial arts is evident. Not only is he a wonderful instructor, he shows the real world application for the techniques taught, and can explain their origins. He is a US Navy veteran, a Viking combat re-enactor, is fluent in several languages, and a treasure trove of knowledge on many subjects. Definitely recommend if you want a traditional martial arts environment with a close, accepting and diverse environment
