I have trained at other dojos with these instructors and can honestly say they have changed my life. I was out of shape, lethargic, and generally unhappy with my life. Professor Josef and Mr. T worked with me to get in great shape, build my confidence, and set some goals. This is the happiest I've ever been in my life. Thank you, for showing me the way!
