Okay for an intro to TKD or Martial Arts

Only one instructor there, the younger owner and he is good. The older instructor is ok with basics, but not for advanced teachings in martial arts and not someone I want teaching me.
They let you go compete regardless if you are ready. Most black belts unfortunately do not measure up to other black belts from other schools. They don't teach applications to each of their forms and maybe only one can show you. Don't know why, other TKD schools do. You get a black belt in three years. Alot different from other schools in the area.
They do have great motivation for the students and they do have some sort of discipline. Some leave the school once they reach black belt. Some leave sooner claiming there is nothing left to teach them. They do have an enourmous amount of underbelts and a big afterschool.
It is okay for an introductory to martial arts/TKD.
