Binghamton Martial Arts is more than Karate

Binghamton Martial Arts is more then Karate. It is a family. Sensei Rick has been instrumental in the growth of myself and my two children. Sometimes in teaching and sometimes just as a safe presence. I recommend Binghamton Martial Arts to anyone who desires physical growth, psychological development and confidence, Definitely a choice you will forever be proud of!!!

I would Highly recommend Binghamton Martial Arts and Sensei Henderson. My 7 year old daughter has been a student there in the Shotokan Karate and I attend the Aerobic Kickboxing class. It has been a pleasure watching my daughter grow mentally and physically since she has been attending classes. Sensei Henderson is such a great influence and role model for my daughter, as well as for me. Sensei Henderson gives all of us such great benefits and experiences that we can use in our lives to better ourselves and others
Kickboxing aerobics not only provides a phenomenal workout and strengthens both my mind, and body buy gives me the tools to protect myself and loved ones.
