Excellent custom blended internal and external martial arts program for all ages as well special needs and disabled people. One of the widest selections of martial and healing arts. Herb ally assisted and wellness programs imported from asia.
I started this program one year and a half ago and I've had amazing results. the Master was able to show me a custom routine I can do daily to improve my self defense skills as well as health and fitness. With as little as one private lesson per month i was able to start on the road to recovery from several nagging disabilities. I highly recommend this program looking for the highest most potent martial and healing arts available in the greater Boston area.
My husband and son joined the Beverly Parent Child Martial Art Club at Asian Martial and Healing Arts with Sifu Giovanni G. They both have learned so much, and spend much more quality time together. They are learning karate, kungfu, and tai chi as forms of self defense. Definitely worth trying; I see huge differences in their mental, emotional and physical health.
