Programs & Class Schedule

We teach Danzan Ryu Ju Jitsu on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Our first class is for 5-7 y/o and begins at 5:30pm - 6:15pm, followed by the 8-13 y/o from 6:15pm - 7:15pm and then the adults from 7:15pm - 8:30pm. we offer yoga on Saturdays from 9:00am - 10:00am. We also have "open mat" time on Saturdays from 10:00am - 1:00pm.
