Chris is sexist and ego driven who only cares about himself. He repeatedly said he hates teaching kids and only does it for the parents money!!!

Saying the ones teaching the class are great would be an understatement. They come up with new, fun ways to learn martial arts, and help you become the best version of you. If you're just starting out, or have trained for years, you'll learn something new and have a great time training here. Everyone is extremely helpful, and extremely passionate about what they do here. It becomes more than just a martial arts school, it becomes a family that you will always be apart of!

For me, learning martial arts has been a much better way for my to stay active then going to the gym. I use to park my car at planet fitness. Sit there for 5 minutes and convince myself to leave because i was board with my work out before it evan started. At the MMA gym its more like a team. Your friends and coaches are there to motivate you. They put that fire under your ass to keep you working hard. Its also a lot of fun. . Im not a bad ass by any means but i feel much more confident defending myself since starting class's.

I started training about 9 months ago here, and it has been the best 9 months of my life. I've learned excellent jiu jitsu technique, gotten in great shape, and made so many new friends. The gym is very inviting, and the coach is very knowledgeable in both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA. I've competed in 3 tournaments so far, and I wouldn't have been prepared for them at all if it wasn't for BCMAA. Everyone is very friendly and respectful, and the coaching is excellent. I look forward to continue training here for a long time.

I started Martial Arts Training because planet fitness was so boring. Also creepy old men staring at you while working out, ummmm no thanks. . I get to class 5 minutes early and thats just enough time to stretch and socialize. All my teammates have become friends at this point.

Then we start our "warm up". Run, Circle in Circle out, Jumping jacks, Bear Crawls, Crab walks, exhausting!! Its nothing i would do on my own I'm glad coach is there to push us all day in and day out. Finally comes the coolest part of class. Choke out your friends time!! At the end of every class we get to try out the techniques that we learned in the "rolling sessions" Its like play fighting. . Its Awesome. . Love BJJ, MMA,

Over the past 3 years all these guys have become family to me. Im always hanging out with my teammate oust side the gym. The training itself is very technical. Gym is cool and the blue mats let your opponents know there in "deep water" lol. They are great People I'm Glad i found this place.

I have been training jiu jitsu for years and this is the first time i really feel like I'm making the progresses i should be. The lessons are very well planed out. Week to week we are linking positions and submissions together. Every time our coach competes (thats a lot) it seams like he wins!!!(GOLD)) The team i also very fun to compete with. I can't wait for the Tap Cancer out tournament in August. .. BCMAA!!!!
