At Belaire Yoga TaiChi we teach Chen Tai Chi, Yang Tai Chi, Bagua, Qi Gong & meditation.
All our Tai Chi forms are taught for health with Qi Gong in it as well as self defense.
Meditation starts with Qi Gong. We offer Non-moving Qi Gong and Moving Qi Gong from beginners to advanced levels.
Edward Wong has been practicing Tai Chi since 9 years old from an old master from Taiwan. Later he studied with Jeff Bolt for Yang Tai Chi from 1995-1999. He then studied under Cheng Jin Cai for Chen Tai Chi since 1999. To improve his Tai Chi weapon form, he studied with Chen Zheng Lei. Edward continues training weekly to improve his Tai Chi.
Edward trained with Yang Jwing-Ming for Qi Gong and continues to master Qi Gong.
Scott Berry teaches the Bagua.
