Tai Shin Doh is a martial arts style known for its quick and easy self-defense techniques that anyone can perform. It is a true mixed martial art from well before that term was coined. It combines elements of Shotokan Karate, Tang Soo Do, Judo, Ju-Jitsu, Aikido, and modern Armed Forces Self-Defense.
The lead instructor, Sensei Allen Roth is a 7th degree black belt in Tai Shin Doh and Tai Shin Jitsu. Despite being able to be called by many titles, he prefers the simple "Sensei." For him, it's not about the titles or accolades, it's all about the students.
