I have been going for over four (one month shy of five) years. It is a fun place to learn no matter if your five or fifty five. The instructor knows what he is doing and how to adapt to your learning style. I was the assistant teacher for the youth class for my final year there, and I saw the growth of the students firsthand. It is a wonderful place to learn about discipline and inner strength. I recommend it to anyone and everyone that asks about it.
