When you come to B.M.A.C. you are on your way to developing a new confidence, in addition to learning a Martial Art you will be making new friends. Our staff and instructors will assist you in reaching your Karate goals.
Their are seven categories that you will be introduced to; Conditioning, Stretching, Basics, Self-defense, Kata, Sparring and Ground Fighting.
The Head Instructor spent a total of four years in Japan learning from the Masters. The Head Instructor is a former Marine and Marine Drill Instructor. The Head Instructor is a Law Enforcement Officer Trained in Defensive Tactics. The Head Instructor has combined his Military, Law Enforcement and Martial Arts Back Ground to bring a no-nonsense approach to your Martial Arts experience.
