We are a Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and Self-Defense Academy. Our programs include Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Self-Defense, KickAss Women's Self-Defense Class, and Kid's Jiu-Jitsu with Bully Prevention, Thai Kickboxing, and MMA Fight Training.
We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to learn Gracie Jiu-jitsu based Self-defense. And that everyone CAN learn self-defense, regardless of age, gender, or level of fitness.
We are committed to the continual growth of all of our students regardless of their age or experience level. Bartman MMA provides a safe and clean environment for our students to train. We offer classes in the Glenmont/Silver Spring area as well as in Bethesda, with members from across Montgomery County, Frederick County and Washington, DC. We are the closest Relson Gracie Jiu-jitsu and Self-Defense Academy to Washington, DC and are accessible via the Red Line of the DC Metro.
