I just wanted to tell everyone I know how much I love my Qigong and Martial Arts classes! I've never felt more grounded with mind, body, and spirit. I have a new sense of calm from the grounding techniques and I'm more confident that I can defend myself if there should ever be a need. I find that with Master Schultz's teaching methods, I can do so much more than my previous martial skills. I find that my focus is much clearer when I'm using Qigong when I get up in the morning. I understand what I'm doing and it makes sense. Plus his style of teaching is easy to understand and he makes it fun. The female instructor, Prescott Sensei, is able to teach me the female versions of energy and martial as well, and it's refreshing to have a knowledgeable female martial artist teaching from "our" perspective. I look forward to learning as much as I can. I've also made some great new friends!

Master Schultz, this school's chief instructor, is a literal encyclopedia of knowledge about the Oriental martial arts and healing arts. He teaches so that every student understands, and most importantly, can apply the material. Master Schultz is open to question if/when you do not understand any information. He teaches both martial arts classes, and healing arts classes. I personally find the healing arts (qigong) class so very enjoyable, relaxing but stimulating, and informational. The class atmosphere at any of the classes is a friendly one, where every feels welcomed & comfortable. I recommend that you check out this school as soon as you can... these classes are a hidden gem in Philadelphia.
THIS IS THE BEST EVER! WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE
