Baltimore Aikido is a school dedicated to the practice of aikido, a Japanese martial art that fosters the individual's ability to harmonize with his or her environment. The dojo is headed by Charlie Page sensei, 6th dan, and Chuck Weber sensei, 6th dan. Baltimore Aikido is a member dojo of the Aikido Schools of Ueshiba (ASU), under the leadership of Mitsugi Saotome shihan, long-time student of the founder of aikido, Morihei Ueshiba (“O-Sensei”). Aikido Schools of Ueshiba is a worldwide organization headquartered in Washington, D.C. Visitors and prospective members are always welcome.
