I began training many years ago and have never looked back. I've learned how to use my body and mind to succeed in life and how to find balance. Coaches Dan and Charles are tough and fun to train with. Highly recommended!

Fun and challenging.
Budo taijutsu is the foundational framework, but this also group focuses on sparring, cross training, and modern training methods and strategies.
Instructors from other arts like Boxing, BJJ and Muay Thai are also brought in for regular seminars.
Overall, this school really focuses on practicing Budo as a way of developing yourself as a strong person of good character.
Self improvement through martial arts is where this dojo shines. Top notch. Karate, Budo, Japanese Jujutsu, weaponry, sparring, kata, all of it. With good humor and common sense.
