Excellent place to learn Tae Kwon Do. Not only are the classes very aimed at meeting each students' needs but you can learn a whole new lifestyle altogether. The main objective is to learn how to practice and live a healthy lifestyle (meditation, exercise, training, proper sleeping, and healthy eating.) I feel that a lot of schools do not truly practice what they teach- in this case, the Masters do in fact live by these standards and are very peaceful from within; I love the scarsdale location and the Masters there.
