I have trained at a number of martial art schools over the last 20 years and was disappointed with the standard content. There were a lot of flash and trash out there. Most of the instructorscam out there have little to no real life experience. They teach fantasy and untested theories covered in delusion.

Mr Azem has hardcore experience as a body guard, bounty hunter and security consultation for major companies. He has the clinical and academic knowledge and experience in the understanding of violent perpetrators and risk assessments. The instructor has 50+ years of training and teaching experience.

This is the place to go.

The class structure is fluid and effective. Students train at their own pace strengths are enhanced weak areas are remedied. The whole structure of this martial art includes breath, structure, relaxation and functional strength development. The instruction professional experience is a real plus to the content of any safety lecture given.

The instructor is highly knowledgeable with impeccable credentials with an extensive real life experience in personal protection and defensive tactics. It is nice to finally see a school that caters to adults and not just children. I would highly recommend this school without reservation. The instructor has been teaching since 1974. I have trained in a variety of martial arts and I can honestly say that there is no method out there like Systema.
