Averill’s coaches are the best. They offer a huge knowledge base in martial arts and training techniques. I have studied martial arts for about 7 years and I have found these guys to be the best. I have trained with some big names but never received the same level of coaching until I trained with Coach Averill. His experience and method of teaching work and get results. I am in the best shape at 34 years of age I have ever been and have had several kickboxing matches (and won them all : ) ) thanks to the great staff at Averill’s. Where you’re interested in just training to get fit or to enter the world of competition these guys know how to do it at the highest level! Check them out.
