This is the best school I have found. it is founded and keeps the traditional values of its system and does not incorporate every new "hot" trend that tends to water down traditional systems. it is a school for all ages and every member of the family and is not interested in just handing out sashes/belts, trust me when i tell you you earn every belt/sash from white on up. it is a school that forces you to give 100% and when you think you have nothing else to give it forces you to look past your limitation and find another 20% that you never know you had. my wife, daughter, two sons and myself train here. A family that trains together stays together.
Authentic Shaolin Kung Fu is a rare gem these days. The instructor is probably one of the best instructors I've had the opportunity to learn under. He can do any move he teaches, the classes are full of energy and you've got a perfect balance of "martial" and "art". His purple sashes are better than most black belts I've met, and the black sashes are incredible. The school is pretty large, lots of room to train, and no worries about hitting a ceiling when you do weapons training. When I moved, I searched high and low for a good martial arts school. I trained for four years in Aikido in Florida, I had no allegiance to a style, I knew I wanted a good school and the best instruction I could get... I think I found it. They train in Lohan Chuan, Chin Na, weapons, Tai Chi.. they also have a cross fit style class and a tactical combat self defense class.
