We offer classes in movement, based on traditional Ki Aikido training. We also offer traditional training in Ki Aikido. Visitors may take "Ki Movement" classes to learn how to move in ways that emphasize balance, coordination and stability of motion. We train with a combination of solo and paired activities, all rooted in Ki Aikido techniques. In this program, no experience is required, and throwing and falling is optional.
Our traditional Ki Aikido program offers core training in aikido techniques, with an emphasis on Ki principles. This program encourages rank attainment and continued application of Ki principles to aikido techniques.
