I have been practicing martial arts since 1964, have practiced several martial arts through my lifetime I am 72 yrs old and still at it, I have found this dojo to be well staffed, dedicated instructors, teaching not only striking techniques but ethical, respectful behaviors towards others and self discipline something laking in most if not all youths now days I came here from Miami 11 yrs ago and still feel blessed to have found this dojo to call home, proper precautions are being taken for the safety of our karate-ka to practice safely from this covid pandemic I strongly recommend this dojo

Though I am a prospective student, I can tell by my interaction with the sensei of the school that he is genuine, passionate of Okinawan karate, and its not a McDojo! Also, he is well versed with Aikido, Kung Fu/Wing Chun?(one of them) and Tai Chi. But he is best with Okinawan Karate and Kobudo, but he respects other martial arts and cross training, only asking that you ask permission from other martial art school, so as to effectively cross train with his program. Also, he only charges $30, and since he is a lawyer, he doesn't have to do this. He does so out of love for the martial arts, and that is definitely rare these days. So I'm going to cross train with Krav Maga. It should be fun!!!
