Really if you think this crap works then go to Chuck Norris page and read where he said that in the real world a black belt in this joke if an art will get your but handed to you in a real street fight. If you still are certain than sign up and try to use it you will see!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely the worse. No idea about self defense, martial arts or what it takes or means to be a black belt. The Only thing they are good at his taking your money!!!
