Good workout, fun, life changing ! Instructors care and are passionate to teach others.
I have taken from six different styles of martial arts and this is the best overall one by far. The instructor is a World Champion competitor and there is so much more like weapons, and XMA (extreme martial arts) . Good for all ages and gender friendly. I recommend this place to everyone.
