We study a traditional Okinawan karate with other arts mixed in. We also have a certified Jeet Kun Do instructor.

Adults learn traditional Karate and modern concepts of
basic self-defense, physical conditioning, stretch training and
how to handle a street confrontation. Come on in and you
will enjoy a class!
Adult Wing Chun, Jeet Kun Do Concepts, and Filipino stick and knife fighting. Ages 16+
Kickboxing “AeroBox” exercise class ages 15+
Mixed martial arts/grappling
Women’s self-defense (awareness classes) ages 13+
Weapons training (Kobudo)
Sport karate all ages
