With over 25 years of experience Martial Arts, I have found that it is not only a sport…it is a way of life. Fighting through everyday life’s struggles can bring us all down, but finding the proper outlet is key to proper function. Martial Arts has been that for me and it can be for you, as well.
We offer classes for both adult and children. New students may register any time during the month. Your first intro class is FREE. At The Art there are no contracts to sign.
*note we are located on the basement of the Falcon Crossing strip mall. Entrance is in the back adjoined with Out On a Limb Dance Co.
