Our children love going there. Lots of rolls and falling. And they learn to kick and spar.

This school teaches a lot of Hapkido joint locks, strikes and kicking. I enjoyed the rolls, break falls and the way Master Williams took the time to explain everything we studied.

I loved it. If you like joint locks and throws, and want to learn to kick, this is the school.

I recently went to this school and found the instructor to be very kind. His skills were great and his technique was that of other Hapkido masters i have met. During class they practiced throws and take downs, as well as kicking and striking combinations.
The place to go if you want to learn self defense. Master Williams is an awesome instructor.
