Always been interested in Martial Arts growing up and when I finally decided to get off the couch and get active, I thought why not start learning martial arts now! I found Arkansas Aikikai and immediately fell in love with the environment and the people. Very friendly and patient instructors. No previous experience needed. No bash your face in MMA feel (although the techniques are effective) - Arkansas Aikikai has benefited me alot. It's enabled me to get out of my comfort zone and meet some new people, get active, learn some self defense, and even learn to have a more clear / peaceful mind. - Additionally there are No contracts, just a low monthly rate. Can't beat it!
