Ares BJJ Kids program focuses on kids between the ages of 6 and 13. The core of Ares BJJ Kids program is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu(BJJ) and Judo. BJJ is the ultimate self-defense system in the world based on ground techniques. Judo is also a self-defense system based on throws. We also teach wrestling techniques during no-gi classes taught on Fridays. At Ares BJJ Kids program, children build confidence through the techniques taught and the live sparring. There is a free week trial and no contracts. Classes are taught Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 4:00 to 6:00pm.
