Used to be the place to go train. Apollo no longer teaches. A few quality instructors have left. Mr. John is the best instructor who remains. There are a couple others who try, but just aren't the quality from the past years. Use to be 4 locations, now down to essentially 1. The former great kickboxing and mma training sessions no longer exist. Program management is really focused now on children and family.
