Programs & Class Schedule
We specialize in personal training so you will receive one or more personal training session(s) per week where you learn your material and have individualized time with the instructor to work on your goals. In addition, we encourage attendance at group classes which are held three times per week for each age group. At the group classes you will build strength, endurance, and muscle memory for the moves you are learning in your private lessons. Below is the current group class schedule (please call to verify as times change occasionally):
Adults (age 13+) M/W 7 pm; Sa 10 am (one hour in length)
Young Adults (age 9-13) M/W 5.30 pm; Sa 10 am (one hour in length)
Little Dragons (age 3-9) T/Th 5.30 pm; Sa 11 am (45 minutes in length)
Contracts are not required, as we do have month to month pricing; however, rates get cheaper as contract length increases.
Tai-Chi - Receive two personal training sessions per week. Currently no group classes scheduled.
Cardio-Kickboxing - Receive two personal training sessions per week. Currently no group classes scheduled.
