My daughter has been with Mr. Apgar for a few years now. She loves the classes and has learned a lot about MMA and discipline. Mr. Apgar is great with the kids and really listens and takes his time with them. Mr. and Mrs. Apgar are a great combination for this school.

My child started Apgar MMA. about 2 years ago, great classes, new school is very professional. Classes are oriented towards the child, the children are well disciplined and seem to learn the art of self defense. Instructor does a great job with his students.

My child enjoys attending classes, no two classes are alike. Mr. Apgar is an excellent instructor Nice clean atmosphere.
fun classes, never the same, instructor very knowledgeable, great for anyone interested in learning self defense.
