We have a special - New Year Kick Off Workout at 1pm on New Years Day Free to all the come.
Monday - Advanced classes 6pm-9pm
Tuesday - Lil Warriorz, Kata Class & Adult Traditional 5:30pm-8pm
Wednesday - Intro Class, Kids Novice, Kids Intermediate, Adult Traditional & Adult Fitness 6pm - 9:30pm
Thursday - Lil warriorz, Grappling/BJJ & Stripe Testing 5:30pm-8pm
Friday - Beginnger Kids, Intermediate Kids, Point Sparring 6pm-8pm
Saturday - Lil Warriorz, Kids (7-9yrs), Family class, Leadership training 10am -1pm
