Excellent Practical Self-Defense Training

I trained there for several years, and found the instruction and environment ideal. Southeastern Kenpo is a great system with regards to practical self-defense.
Training was hands on with enough intensity to learn but with enough control not to excessively risk injury.
Great head instructor runs everything well.
