Come see us at Anquoe Jiu-jitsu & see what set's us apart from the rest!! We are very pleased to represent the Marcello C. Monteiro Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Association as their Oklahoma Affiliate. Learn strategy and application based on your body type & actually be able to apply technique in a short amount of time. We are in the process of moving to our new location at Infinity Fit Club.
Martial Art Styles
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Anquoe Jiu-jitsu/Monteiro BJJ Affiliate Academy:
- Brazilian Jiu-jitsu
- Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
Programs & Class Schedule
Monday - Thursday: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Friday: 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Tues/Thurs &
Saturday: 12:30pm - 2:30pm
Classes are Primarily GI, with some concentration on NO-GI strategy.
Kid's classes: ages 7-15
Adult practice: ages 16 & up
Daily Fee is available.
