The instructors are very good. They really care that you improve. I am giving them a low rating because this school is not organized at all. They start programs and do not give enough information. When you ask for information about testing, you have to ask multiple times over several days. Getting information about pricing or ordering is confusing.
A waste of time and money

If you want to learn martial arts go elsewhere. Amy's is a horrible place to learn martial arts. Instead of teaching how to do kicks and punches they teach you how to play games. I've been a student for 2 years and we wasted so much time playing games and goofing off instead of learning. I learned more by looking up videos on YouTube. The teachers are very rude and disrespectful. If your hair is a certain way and they don't like it they will ask you to cut it. This happened to a kid that was in my class. He was taken out of the class and the teacher humiliated him in front of everyone. I just thought this was pathetic because he was basically paying them to humiliate him. I had a horrible experience at Amy's and I don't recommend anyone to attend their classes. If you are interested make sure you read the contract completely and understand it.

Instructors are good but very very disorganized. They have two studios one in Draper and one in Orem. The Draper students pay much more. Not enough classes in Draper and the studio is TINY. They offer new programs but don't implement them. When earning tapes they cram the curriculum in the week before. If you take private lessons you advance faster and get invited to their clubs. They invite 5 year olds into their weapons classes (probably to earn more money) and the classes are so big you get less class time. their cost for Black Belt testing is crazy expensive and there is no extra training. They expect you to do it all on your own. The instructors are more worried about being INternational Ref and getting to the Olympics vs the students at their studio. As people the instructors are fantastic as a school I'm taking my kids else wear.
