Programs & Class Schedule

ADULT PROGRAMS
Our adult programs at Amped are high energy fitness focused classes taught by professional instructors. These classes will help you maximize your calorie burn and sculpt your body while boosting your endurance and helping you gain confidence. Whether you want to lose weight, learn to fight,or simply want to burn the day’s stress away, these classes are for you! Techniques include punching, kicking, bag work, focus mitts, circuit training, grappling, etc.The variety in each class will keep you motivated because the possibilities are endless. You can mix up your workouts and take different classes everyday. You have the options of Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Bootcamp, and Yoga. Never be bored at the gym again! All skill levels are welcome! We make burning calories, learning martial arts, and getting fit fun for everyone!!
TEEN PROGRAM
We teach teens with respect and the most modern martial arts: Mixed Martial Arts. The classes are fun, realistic, and teenagers love it! Amped is a place where young men and women work hard and strive to improve in all areas of their lives.
KID PROGRAM
The greatest gift a parent can give their child is a positive self-image. If you pair that with a strong sense of purpose and respect you have created a happy child who will not only look out for themselves but others as well. We have divided our kids program into three age groups.
Ages 3-4 -The goal is to learn self-control and focus in a group setting. The classes are designed so children can develop visual, spatial, and body awareness.

Ages 4-5 -The curriculum focuses on self-control, listening, and following directions. Children will also focus on polite greetings and working cooperatively with partners.
Ages 6-12 -The curriculum is designed to foster success in children through safe, fun, and exciting classes. The classes instill in each child a positive winning attitude. Children will gain an “I Can” attitude and never shy away from a challenge. Students can expect to gain self-confidence, discipline, respect for others, a high level of physical fitness, and invaluable self-defense skills. Students will learn boxing, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Taekwondo. Student will also build strength, stability, and cardiovascular conditioning through fun and exciting games and drills.

MUAY THAI KICKBOXING
This program will improve your offensive and defensive punching and kicking skills. Muay Thai uses stand up striking and clinching techniques. It is known as the “art of the eight limbs” because students will utilize fists, elbows, knees, and shins. We like to mix things up in our classes and students will utilize: heavy bag training, jump ropes, medicine balls, thai pads, focus mitts, bodyweight training, interval training, etc. The
possibilities are endless. Students will never be bored in this class!
TAEKWONDO
TaeKwonDo has evolved into a dynamic Olympic sport. It’s a very fast and explosive activity and is underpinned by flexibility, balance, control, and mental focus. For most people, the training that goes into becoming proficient in TaeKwonDo punches, kicks, and strategy is a great alternative way to get in shape. This is a great martial art for children and adults. TaeKwonDo builds confidence, gives you self-defense skills and a spiritual enlightenment that only a TaeKwonDo practitioner can attest to.

BOXING
Our boxing program will improve your offensive and defensive punching skills, as well as your head movement, footwork, and conditioning. Boxing workouts increase endurance, strength, and speed while punching off the pounds and sculpting a knockout body. You wheavy bag training, bodyweight training, weights, and so much more.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
BJJ is a martial art that focuses primarily on grappling. BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger and stronger assailant by utilizing proper technique and leverage. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is not just a martial art but also a method for promoting physical fitness and building character in all who practice it. It is a way of life. This is one of the most popular martial arts on the planet.

BOOTCAMP
Our bootcamp classes are exciting and fun. The classes are run by our head instructor who happens to be a law enforcement certified physical conditioning instructor. He is heavily involved in the special operations law enforcement community and brings a lifetime of fitness knowledge to Amped. At Amped, you will never do the same ill never take the same class twice. This class incorporates interval training,
bootcamp class twice. We want you to be excited and motivated every time you take one of our classes. You can expect to burn anywhere from 700-1000 calories in one class. In this class a student can expect to utilize circuit training, plyometrics, strength training, HIIT, low impact body sculpting, and calisthenics. It is a go at your own pace class so everyone is welcome from the beginner to the fanatic.

YOGA
Yoga is a perfect way for a wide range of individuals to get in shape. Yoga will help you gain strength and flexibility while becoming more toned. Yoga is know to reduce stress, relieve tension, and relax an individual’s mind.You’ll lose weight if you need to, you’ll certainly tone and renew your body, become more agile, coordinated, and you may even find that you recover from injury and illness more quickly… but that’s just the beginning – a dedicated yoga practice does so much more.
