Programs & Class Schedule
Fitness Kickiboxing as well as Personal Training. No Contract required.
Tigers:Ages 3-4
Children are instructed in a way to develop gross motor coordination skills. Use of activities that involve counting, colors, and sequencing promote a basic understanding of martial arts blocks, kicks, and punches. Instructors also work to develop pre-school skills such as raising hands when needing to speak, following directions, waiting in line, and waiting for our turn. Each week's activities are planned according to a set of themes: Focus, Balance, Teamwork, Control, Memory, Discipline/Listening, Fitness, and Coordination.
Dragons: Ages 5-7
Students begin to learn their first kata/form required of adults to attain a yellow belt. Basic martial arts skills are built upon to challenge the physical abilities of students. Students work continually to follow directions, stay focused, and give 100% of their efforts! Each week's activities are planned according to a set of themes: Focus, Balance, Teamwork, Control, Memory, Discipline, Coordination, and Fitness
Kids: Ages 8-12
In this age group, students begin to work on their own self-discipline. Class activities are much more challenging and taught at an adult physical level. Students in this class learn the traditional curriculum and attain new belts just as the adults. Additionally, students are introduced to" kumite" or sparring with black belts until self-control is learned. Many students in this class begin attending tournaments as a motivation and application of knowledge.
Adults : Ages 13 & Up
Adult students focus on using the curriculum to achieve their individual goals which may include, but are not limited to, endurance, strength, flexibility, self defense, etc. Classes are challenging both physically and mentally. Training includes kata, sparring, weapons, and MMA.
