Amazing Martial Arts Experience for the family

I've enjoyed the growth that I've seen in my son and daughter as they've been in the program. They have gained confidence and respect. They are held accountable among their peers and that is a valuable trait that they'll need as they grow. The staff is caring and professional. The after school program was a no brainer for my family. My kids had such and amazing experience I wanted to try it for myself. I joined the Fitness Kickboxing classes and it's be the best decision that I've made for myself. It's challenging and pushes me outside by comfort zone. Mr. Mark and Mr. Hammer are truly amazing instructors that are knowledgeable and passionate about total body fitness. The classes are comprised of men and women of all skill levels. They offer modifications that fit your flexibility and skill level. I walked in and there are no strangers. I was welcomed with open arms. You will work your butt off but isn't that why you came--total body transformation. The prices are reasonable and the experience is priceless.
