My son has benefited physically, emotionally, and spiritually from attending classes here. Master Jack has experience and training that is hard to find, but even more important is his level of care for his students. I highly recommend ASK to anyone.
Master jack and his instructor can teach everything
I've learned so much his system is so unique. ..he can train
Everyone from seniors to kids. ..teaching common sense
Natural weapons. .keys combs credit cards. .to hand to
Hand combat. ..to groundfighting. ..its totally unique
I've seen the common student to military to law enforcement
All benefits from this program. ..the self defense is simple
But extremely effective. ..great kds and women's programs
