I have learned so much since joining the class, Sensei Lawrence is a great teacher and I have enjoyed his class very much, looking forward to many more years.

A style based on Shotokan Karate. Also teaches self defense, and street fight survival.
The class, the instructor's the other students are fantastic to be around. I am so glad; I joined this group of amazing individuals to study my martial arts. If anyone has an opportunity for and interest go visit the class and review for yourself. I recommend it.
