This was a great place for my family to train, all of the instructors are excellent and take a lot of personal time with each individual and you will feel like you are the only person they are receiving private training, they cover ground fighting, stand-up fighting, weapon threats and attacks and how to respond, they also include a lot of scenario base training making the training fun and exciting, all of the instructors are black belt Hall of Fame recipients, I would highly recommend this school if you are looking for hand-to-hand combat or self-defense in which my family was and not a Traditional School

I have been to the seminars they host, the instruction is very professional, they specialize in real life situations, their knife and gun disarming techniques are the best I have seen and I am a former Police Officer, the knowledge is by far the best I have been around, they train safely but keep it real and I like how they utilize training in and around cars, parking lots, etc. as well as in the school. They also are excellent in Women’s self-defense.
