The time and dedication that everyone puts in at American Zen-Do Kai is second to none. We are all one in the Martial Arts family and help each other achieve our goals. The lessons learned carry through to everyday life. The kids learn discipline and respect for both Martial Arts and for others and learn the power of helping and giving back…. And we have a great time doing it all. Thanks to the Streeters for providing a great place to workout and call home.
